1, Hardware Configuration of DCS Series DC Motor Controller
A) The controller controls the power terminal block X99, which has
two terminals X99.1 and X99.2. The power supply voltage is AC220V,

5 terminals X2.1- X2.5900A and below controllers
Using single-phase power supply, X2.1. X2.2 is internally connected

closing of the main contactor, with a total of 2 terminals and an
internal 3A relay

D) The excitation terminal block X1 has a total of 7 terminals X1.1

X1.1 is the AC power input A-phase (IAC)
X1.7 is the AC power input B-phase (7AC)
X1.5 is the positive pole of DC excitation output (5F+)
X1.3 is the negative pole of the DC excitation output (3F -)
The remaining terminals are empty terminals

which UI, V1, and WI are AC input power supplies,
C1 is the positive terminal of the DC armature output,
D1 is the negative terminal of the DC armature output
