◆ High speed motion control: The Q173HCPU/Q172HCPU series motion
controllers use a 64 bit RISC processor, increasing the program
capacity from 224Kbyte to 448Kbyte, and reducing the running cycle
from 0.88ms to 0.44ms, greatly shortening the operation response
time.
◆ Flexible configuration: Like the Q173CPU/Q172CPU series motion
controllers, the Q173HCPU/Q172HCPU series motion controllers can be
installed on the same substrate as the PLC CPU, using multiple CPU
configurations. Zui can use up to 4 CPUs (including the PLC CPU),
and a single system can control up to 96 axes.
◆ SSCNET control function: The Q173HCPU/Q172HCPU series motion
controllers use high-speed serial communication to easily set servo
motor synchronization or system. The motion CPU can be connected to
the servo amplifier through the Mitsubishi servo system control
network SSCNETIII (Servo System Controller Network) (optical
cable). Each branch can be connected to 16 axes, and the speed
command output can reach up to 50MPPS to achieve high-speed and
high-precision positioning. The transmission distance is 800
meters, and a single motion controller can control the servo
amplifier to have an additional 32 axes. SSCNETIII enables advanced
positioning functions such as multi axis synchronization and
interpolation to be fully utilized, The reliability of the system
has been improved to facilitate system maintenance.
◆ Motion SFC programming: *'s Motion SFC language programming
provides greater visibility. The actual motion sequence is directly
reflected in the program, making it easy to organize the program
structure and debug through monitoring tools. With rich and diverse
motion control functions, it can support mechanical programs in
virtual mode, replace mechanical spindles to achieve high-precision
synchronous control, create cam curves, and achieve electronic cam
control.
